Our focus is on small and lower-mid-sized software companies with an EBITDA between 2 and 7 million euros. This is precisely our sweet spot: companies that have already proven that their business model works—and that can reach the next level with the right partner. We are often the first institutional investor and, in addition to capital, we bring operational experience, proven value drivers, and a strong network to the table. The DACH region is our home market. Here, we have built up our network, our experience, and our credibility over decades.
