Luca joined Maguar Capital in 2025 as a member of the investment team. Prior to Maguar, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group, advising private equity firms on software transactions, driving value creation in portfolio companies, and leading strategy development projects for tech clients. He also brings experience in venture capital and venture building through his work with Speedinvest and BCG Digital Ventures. Luca holds a Master in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a double-degree Bachelor of Business Administration from ESB Business School and Lancaster University.
