Markus joined Maguar Capital as a partner in early 2025. Since Maguar’s investment in 2020, he has led HRworks as CEO. Markus is an experienced tech entrepreneur with extensive experience as both an operator and an investor. In addition, he has held various management and executive board positions in the B2C and B2B sectors.
Maguar is not a passive investor; rather, it provides genuine expertise and experience—since the partners themselves were once entrepreneurs and CEOs.
