Luca Mannhardt

About me

Luca joined Maguar Capital in 2025 as a member of the investment team. Before joining Maguar, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised private-equity firms on software transactions, drove value-creation programs at portfolio companies, and led strategy projects for technology clients. Luca also brings experience in venture capital and venture building from his roles at Speedinvest and BCG Digital Ventures. He holds a master’s degree in management from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration from ESB Business School and Lancaster University.
