Jörg Helten

About me

Jörg is the CFO of Maguar Capital and has more than two decades of experience in finance and governance. He began his career in corporate and investment banking before moving to the management consulting firm Stern Stewart. There, he worked alongside Matthias Ick, one of Maguar’s founding partners. Jörg then worked at the Allianz Group, where he held various leadership positions in Germany, China, and Switzerland, including several CFO roles at insurance and assistance companies. Before joining Maguar in 2023, Jörg served as Group CFO of ADAC SE, where he was a member of the Executive Board responsible, among other things, for B2B2C business models with banks.
