About me

Apolonia joined Maguar in 2026 and focuses on identifying and originating investment opportunities. She brings extensive operational experience from the B2B software industry. Before moving into private equity, she played a key role in building and scaling sales organizations at two software companies.

At PlayPlay, a provider of B2B video creation software, she led the company's go-to-market launch in the DACH region and built the regional sales organization. Prior to that, she headed Business Development and Sales at bettercoach, a digital coaching platform.

She began her career with a management trainee program at Hodel Switzerland in Hong Kong, gaining experience across sales, product management, and international trade.

Apolonia has a bachelor's degree in management from ESCP Business School.
