About me

Apolonia joined Maguar Capital in 2026 and focuses on identifying and developing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Maguar, she gained operational experience in the B2B software industry, particularly in building and scaling sales teams. At PlayPlay, she was responsible for the company's market entry into the DACH region and previously led Business Development and Sales at bettercoach. She began her professional career at Hodel Switzerland in Hong Kong. Apolonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from ESCP Business School.
